<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral staircase fitting structure of a unit building suitable for use in a unit building, facilitating fitting and having a number of parts produced in a factory, and a construction method using the spiral staircase fitting structure. <P>SOLUTION: A lower building unit 9 constituting the unit building 7 is composed of column materials 10, 10 disposed in four corners and upper beam materials 11, 11 and lower beam materials 12, 12 connecting between the column materials 10, 10.
