PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally operate an installed software using network-related functions. SOLUTION: This electronic equipment comprises a means 21 for detecting network-related functions of OS; a means 22 for detecting network-related functions necessary for the execution of the software that is an object of installation; a means 23 for determining whether the detected network-related functions of OS satisfy the detected network-related functions necessary for the execution of the software or not; and a means 26 for installing, when it is determined that the functions do not satisfy, a function not included in the network-related functions of OS among the detected network-related functions necessary for the execution of the software.
