PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactify a connector housing by improving the lock structure of a metal shell. SOLUTION: A male metal shell 80 is attachable on the outer periphery of an inner housing 61 of a male housing 60 from backward. A pair of lock claws 85 are formed on the lower surface of the male metal shell 80 and are bent inwardly in an oblique attitude in the rear. A lock hole 76 for being locked to the lock claw 85 is formed on the lower surface of the inner housing 61, which is formed by opening part of a bottom wall 74 of a warped space 73 of a lance 63A in a cavity on the lower surface. Since the lock claw 85 is formed by being inwardly louvered, the lock hole 76 can be formed recessed on the outer surface of the inner housing 61, the wall of the outer housing 62 does not need to be a thick wall, and accordingly the male housing 60 can be radially compactified.
