PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system comprising a steam compression type cooling medium circuit, having reduced costs for piping materials and work of cooling pipes including a cooling medium gas communication pipe and a cooling medium liquid communication pipe. SOLUTION: The air conditioning system 1 comprises the main cooling medium circuit 10 and a cooler 28. The main cooling medium circuit 10 includes a compressor 21, a heat source side heat exchanger 24 and a service side heat exchanger 52. The cooler 28 is connected between the heat source side heat exchanger 24 and the service side heat exchanger 52 for cooling cooling medium liquid down to a temperature at least 15°C lower than a saturation temperature when feeding the cooling medium liquid condensed in the heat source side heat exchanger 24 to the service side heat exchanger 52.
