PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connection piece for connecting and fixing two pipes having flange portions on end portions thereof to each other with the flange portions butted to each other while defective connection hardly occurs. SOLUTION: The pipe connection piece comprises a pair of side pieces 12 and a connection piece 11 to connect end portions thereof to each other. Two butted flange portions are fitted in each side piece, and a fitting hole part 13 to hold the two flange portions in the thickness direction so as not to be separated is formed in each side piece. When a tip portion of each side piece is pressed in the radial direction of the flange portions while the tip portion is abutted on an outer circumference part of the flange portion, the side pieces are elastically deformed in the side piece expanding direction. When each flange portion is fitted in each fitting hole part, each side piece is elastically returned in the original condition so that the two pipes are connected and fixed to each other. A notched portion 20 to guide the side pieces is provided in the tip portion side in the pressing direction in each fitting hole part so that the flange portion is fitted in the fitting hole part of the pressing direction when not agreed with the radial direction of the flange portion.
