PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body mounting bolt for a suspension member capable of being easily welded even in a small space in a side member, capable of securing sufficient bolt mounting rigidity, and capable of reducing the number of parts to lower manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In this body mounting bolt for the suspension member formed of a tightened member 110 and a welded member 210, the welded member 210 is formed of another member with a strength lower than that of the tightened member 110. A circumferentially swelling flange part 114 is formed between the thread part 112 of the tightened member 110 and a connection part 113, and a recessed part 212 storing the flange part 114 is formed in a seat face 211 at one end of the welded member 210 at a portion corresponding to the flange part 114. The welded member 210 is connected to the tightened member 110 by press-fitting the connection part 113 into a through-hole 214. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
