PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device of excellent durable service life even under an environment of severer lubricating conditions. SOLUTION: An inner race 11, an outer race 13, and a spherical rolling element 15 are formed of a stock material which is obtained by successively performing nitriding, induction hardening, and tempering of steel containing, by weight, 0.3-1.1 % C and 3.0-7.5 % Cr. Further, in the inner race 11, the outer race 13, and the spherical rolling element 15, the concentration of carbon and nitrogen in an outermost surface layer of a finished product to the depth of 10μm from a surface thereof and a surface layer of the finished product to the depth of 2% of the diameter of the rolling element from the surface thereof satisfies a condition of 0.86N + C≤2.05-0.057 x (Cr + 2Mn + 0.5(Mo + 0.5W) + 1.75V), and a condition of C + N≥0.5%.
