PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform oral administration of various protein preparations by applying a drug delivery system immune to gastric acids and protein degradation enzymes. SOLUTION: An intestinally soluble capsule A to be used for the oral administration method for proteins is composed of gastric acid durable pectin, or the like, and internally contains a protein degradation enzyme blocking agent (protease inhibitor) B. A protein preparation D is then capsuled with contents in the state of mixing therewith.
