PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bread maker which is conveniently used without increasing the cost of a product itself. SOLUTION: The bread maker is provided with: a main body 1 having a baking chamber 3 equipped with a heating means (heater 4); a bread case 7 disposed within the baking chamber 3; blade members 8A, 8B mounted in the bread case 7; driving means (13, 14, 16, 17, 18A, 18B) for the blade members 8A, 8B; a means for detecting the temperature of the bread case 7; an input means composed of a plurality of switches 33a to 33g; a display means (liquid crystal panel 23); and a control means (microcomputer 35) for controlling the driving means and the heating means. The input means is equipped with a recipe switch 33d and a storage means (ROM 36) for storing information about required bread ingredients and their quantities in accordance with bread making courses. When the recipe switch 33d is operated, the control means magnifies and displays the names and quantities of a plurality of bread ingredients required for the selected bread making course on the display means for each bread ingredient.
