PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer shoes with ergonomic insoles which can form a holding section in an upper even in a last equipped with a heel having a spherical surface shape or convex form footprint, can also support according to the heel of a wearing person, and can also give enough shock absorption. SOLUTION: The shoe with ergonomic insole is equipped with the upper having the holding section which is prolonged to the lower edge rim of the insole and turns from the side to the footprint, the holding section is formed with the lower end part of the upper bent to the inside in a lasting process of shoemaking, the insole has a heel material, the heel material has a sole seat receiving the heel of a foot, a posterior peripheral wall projecting upward from the U-shaped rim from the plane view which consists of the back edges and both side edges of the sole seat, and a corner which is formed in the lower edge rim of the sole seat and is held by the holding section, a recess section is formed in the surface of the sole seat, and a face surrounded by the U-shaped rim among the lower surfaces of the sole seat is formed into a flat surface which is continued to the lower surface of the corner.
