PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amount-adjusting device capable of opening and closing a shutter smoothly, and closing surely so as to aim at the improvement of opening and closing operation property, sealing property and amount-adjusting property. SOLUTION: This amount-adjusting device is equipped with the shutter (20) arranged freely swinging for opening and closing a conduit for spraying (15), and at the both left and right ends of the shutter (20), installing plate-shaped vertical side parts (23a, 23a) made in slide contact with both left and right opening end surfaces (15a, 15b), swung like scissors against the end surfaces (15a, 15b) on opening and closing, and the upper end part of which is projected in upper direction from the conduit (15) on completely closing.
