PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening tool for a resin component, which secures the quality in appearance by controlling both of the difference in level and a clearance between the resin component and an appearance component adjacent to the resin component, and improves the productivity by improving the efficiency in resin component mounting work. SOLUTION: A resin bracket 7 is fixed to a car body 3 by a fastening tool fixing clip 10 in a state that a clearance G2 between a resin fender panel 2 and a hood panel 15 is desirably adjusted, and the resin fender panel 2 is held by a resin component holding clip 16 of the resin bracket 7 in a state that the difference in level G1 between the resin fender panel 2 and the hood panel 15 is desirably adjusted. Accordingly, the quality in appearance of a vehicle is secured by controlling both of the difference in level G1 and the clearance G2, the efficiency of the mounting work of the resin fender panel 2 is remarkably improved by dispensing a process for fastening a number of bolts and nuts, and the productivity is improved to the maximum.
