<p>A reel stand device, comprising a drivingly rotated drive member (20), a reel stand (50) installed rotatably relative to the drive member (20), a hysteresis plate (30) and a magnet (60) generating a hysteresis torque between the drive member (20) and the reel stand (50), and a frictional sliding member (70) generating a friction torque between the drive member (20) and the reel stand (50), the drive member (20) further comprising a bearing portion (20a) surrounding a reel shaft (10) and a flange part (20b) extending to the radial outer side thereof, the reel stand (50) further comprising a bearing portion (50a) surrounding the reel shaft (10) and a flange part (50b) extending to the radial outer side thereof, wherein the members generating the hysteresis torque are installed between both flange parts (20b) and (50b), and the member (70) generating the friction torque is installed between both bearing portions (20a) and (50a).</p> |
