PSEUDOFOOTER CIRCUIT FOR DYNAMIC CMOS LOGIC FOR IMPROVING SPEED OF GATE AND ENABLING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A pseudofooter circuit for a dynamic CMOS(complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor) logic for improving a speed of a gate and an enabling method thereof are provided to increase a speed of a gate by reducing height of pull-down stack within a dynamic logic gate without changing a function of the gate. CONSTITUTION: A pseudofooter circuit for a logic circuit includes a first FET(Field Effect Transistor) and a second FET. The first FET has a first source, a first drain, and a first gate. The second FET has a second source, a second drain, and a second gate. The first source is connected to the second drain in order to include a first signal node. The first signal node is connected to at least one gate of an FET in the logic circuit. The first gate is connected to the second gate in order to include a second signal node for receiving a second signal as an input signal. The second source is connected to ground. The first drain includes a third signal node for receiving a third signal as an input signal.
