PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for augmenting the muscle in rehabilitation after injury and seeking the promotion of restoration.

SOLUTION: A preparation or a food product for muscle augmentation in rehabilitation after injury comprises, on a dry basis, 42-55 wt.% protein, 12-20 wt.% fat and 20-42 wt.% carbohydrate(s).
