<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and lightweight display device in the display device having a voice output circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A speaker of the display device is defined as a flat speaker and a voice signal processor is constituted of a thin film transistor on the display device. Power supply voltage is reduced and degradation of the thin film transistor is prevented by defining drive of the speaker as BTL drive. Thus, small, lightweight portable information equipment capable of outputting voice is realized by achieving miniaturization of the speaker, built-in state of a voice signal processing circuit in the display device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
