PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation generator capable of generating continuous rotation using permanent magnets without need for an auxiliary driving source. SOLUTION: The rotation generator comprises a rotating body 5 having a plurality of skew magnets 7 which are skewed relative to an output shaft 4; and a plurality of outside fixed magnets 8 which are disposed along the circumference of the rotating body 5, in the direction of rotation and gives rotation to the rotating body 5 by the repulsive force of the magnetic poles between the rotating body 5 and the skew magnets 7. The outside fixed magnets 8 are disposed relative to the rotating body 5. When one skew magnet 7 is in such a phase that it is close to one outside fixed magnet 8, the other skew magnets 7 are in such a phase that they break away from the other outside fixed magnets 8. Thus, a repulsive force between the skew magnets 7 and the outside fixed magnets 8 gives rotation to the rotating body 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
