PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a down-the-hole boring machine capable of simplifying a driving system by unifying a driving source, at the same time, immediately corresponding to variations in torque adding to a rod in the case of driving and holding a stabilized operating state. SOLUTION: The down-the-hole boring machine is constituted of an air-hammer device connected to the front end of the rod, a compressor supplying compressed air for operating the air-hammer device, a rotational driving device rotating the rod and a bit excavating the ground by receiving percussion from the air-hammer device and rotation of the rod, the rotational driving device comprises an pneumatic motor, and the pneumatic motor is driven by using part of the compressed air supplied to the air-hammer device from the compressor.
