PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing structure of a feed chain in which a lock device on the rear end side can be released together with release of a lock device on the front end side and opening of the feed chain is readily carried out and operation efficiency in maintenance, etc., is improved by interlocking the lock device provided in the front end of the feed chain with the lock device provided in the rear end. SOLUTION: In a thresher 12 of a combine harvester composed by openably installing a feed chain 9 for conveying threshing grain culms to the side of the thresher 12 on the side of the thresher 12 and each installing lock devices in the front end and the rear end of the feed chain 9, the opening and closing structure of the feed chain has a structure connecting the front lock device 40 of the feed chain to the rear lock device 50 by a connecting rod 45 and releasing the rear lock device 50 interlockingly with release of the front lock device 40.
