PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular alignment method and a circular alignment device that can shorten a process time by employing a circular alignment process in which a method and a device for aligning coil segments in an annular shape are simplified. SOLUTION: An alignment circular pallet 40 comprising housing grooves 41 at prescribed pitches along the external peripheral side is arranged at an alignment guide 30, and internal diametral side ends 11 of the coil segments 10 are inserted in the housing grooves 41 from coil segment insertion parts 20. External diametral side ends 12 of the coil segments 10 are housed in a coil guide groove 31, and the external diametral end 12 is led into the housing groove 41 in accordance with turning movement R. A number of the coil segments 10 are housed in the coil segment insertion parts 20, and the coil segments 10 are pushed out by a power transmission mechanism every turning movement R of the prescribed pitch of the alignment circular pallet 40. The turning movements R are continued, all the insertions of the internal diametral side ends 11 into the housing grooves 41 are completed, and further the external diametral side ends 12 are sequentially led into the housing grooves, too.
