PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize accurate temperature compensation for a humidity detecting element. SOLUTION: A temperature compensation map for conducting the temperature compensation for a humidity signal is stored in a ROM of an ECU 20, and the temperature compensation for the humidity signal from the humidity detecting element 100 is executed, based on the humidity signal from the humidity detecting element 100, a temperature signal from a temperature detecting element 120, and the temperature compensation map stored preliminarily in the storage means.
