PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out simulation while enhancing confidentiality on circuit information, in a circuit operation simulation device.

SOLUTION: Circuit information (supply circuit information) provided by being coded is decoded by a supply circuit information decoding part 101, and is coded by a storage circuit information coding part 102 to be stored in a storage part 103 as storage circuit information. The storage circuit information is decoded by a storage circuit information/intermediate data decoding part 104, and is inputted in a simulator engine 105 to carry out simulation. In addition, the intermediate data under simulation is stored in the storage part 103 by being coded by an intermediate data coding part 106, and is also decoded by the storage circuit information/intermediate data decoding part 104 to be inputted in a simulatior engine 105.
