<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyrolyzer enabling residues on the heat transfer surface to be easily removed, works such as the maintenance of the pyrolysis tank to be easily carried out, and high heat transfer efficiency to be always maintained at high levels independently of the charging amount of a to-be-pyrolyzed material. <P>SOLUTION: The pyrolyzer is such that the pyrolysis tank 1 has a cylindrical heating space with the diameter I of the bottom surface 13a sufficiently larger than the height H, an agitating blade 12 with spiral blades is made revolvable in both conditions of being in and out of contact with the bottom surface 13a, an extraction hole 15 is provided at the center of the bottom surface 13a to provide a lower lid 16 openable downward, residues in the tank 1 is scraped by revolving the agitating blade 12 in the condition of being in contact with the bottom surface 13a and can be collected via the extraction hole 15, and a separated lid 14 is fixed on a frame 7 so as to keep the tank 1 open. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
