PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of obtaining a uniform light emitting illumination by reducing brightness unevenness in a light emitting surface. SOLUTION: A plurality of planes 32 are formed on the side surface of a light guide body 3 on a large diameter side thereof to spread light by reflecting light from a light emitting diode 4 in the light guide body 3. In the light guide body 3, convergence of the light from the light emitting diode 4 again is restricted to remarkably enlarge a light trajectory passing range C in the light guide body 3 in comparison with a light trajectory passing range B in a conventional light guide body 300 to enlarge the light emitting area. In other words, nearly whole range of the surface of the light guide body 3 is made to emit light to reduce the generation of spots of the light emitting illumination, and a combination meter 1 capable of obtaining the even light emitting illumination can be thereby realized.
