PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform connection operation by surely preventing the occurrence of water leakage while adjusting a swing angle at angle change positions such as vertical gutters. SOLUTION: This connecting member 1 comprises a receiving member 2 having a pipe connection port 4 at one end thereof and an insert member 3 having a pipe connection port 5 at one end thereof. A connection part 6 formed of a peripheral groove 6a and a peripheral wall 6b is formed at the other end of the receiving member 2, and a connected part 7 formed of a peripheral groove 7a and a peripheral wall 7b allowed to be fitted to the peripheral groove 6a and the peripheral wall 6b forming the connection part 6 of the receiving member 2 is formed at the other end of the insert member 3. Adhesive agent is applied to the entire peripheral surface of the connection part 6 of the receiving member 2 and the connected part 7 of the insert member 3 to fit both to each other.
