PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump driving device capable of saving space, making light in weight, having superior maintainability and reducing costs. SOLUTION: The pump driving device comprises an electric motor 10 having a rotor 12 and a stator 11, a reduction gear 30 reducing rotation speed of the electric motor 10, and output shafts 13 and 17 transmitting power of the electric motor 10 connected with a pump. The output shafts are provided with the first output shaft 13 formed by a hollow shaft 13a fixed on the rotor and a solid shaft 13b inserted into the hollow shaft, and the second output shaft 17 connected through a reduction gear 20 reducing rotation speed of the first output shaft 13 to a designated rotation speed.
