PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating mount capable of being produced at a low cost by dispensing with a bonding structure between mounting plates 10 and 20 and an elastic body 30. SOLUTION: A pair of the mounting plates 10 and 20 oppositely arranged along the axial direction are connected with each other through the elastic body 30 comprising a rubber like elastic material and is fitted on fitting notches 14 and 24 formed on both sides. A plurality of the fitting notches 14 and 24 are formed along annular bodies 11 and 21 of the mounting plates 10 and 20 to the circular direction in predetermined intervals, and thereby the elastic bodies 30 are arranged to the circular direction in the predetermined intervals along the annular bodies 11 and 21.
