PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic therapeutic apparatus capable of efficiently prompting muscular relaxation by providing a pair of conductors to simultaneously stimulate receptors at both ends of muscle by two-point stimulation. SOLUTION: This electronic therapeutic apparatus 15 comprises a bar-like body part 16 connected to a low-frequency current generator; the first conductor 17 projected from the rear end part of the body part 16 orthogonally in the longitudinal direction of the body part 16; and the second conductor 19 projected in a parallel direction to the first conductor 17 and slidably provided in a slot formed in the axial direction of the body part 16. When a current is applied in the state of applying the first conductor 17 of the electronic therapeutic apparatus 15 to a receptor 10 near the stop 14 of the muscle 8 and applying the second conductor 19 to a receptor 9 near the start 13 of the muscle 8, a low-frequency current flows among the first conductor 17, the receptor 10, the muscle 8, the receptor 9 and the second conductor 19, and the receptor 10 and the receptor 9 are stimulated to relax the muscle 8.
