PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract information by use of an image obtained from a camera set in a place desired by a user, and to utilize the information by adding it to the image, which is stored in a database. SOLUTION: An image information extraction part 210 inputs a recorded image 100, extracts information included in the recorded image 100, and outputs it with the recorded image 100. An information addition part 220 adds the information extracted in the image information extraction part 210 to the recorded image 100 as a retrieval key. An information presentation part 600 generates, in response to a request 400 from a user, information in reference to an image database 300 and external data 500, retrieves the image and information desired by the user, and provides them to the user. The presentation part further designates external data to be referred to to the external data 500 on the basis of the user's request to receive a reference result, designates the retrieval key to the image database 300 to receive a retrieval result, integrates these results together to generate information, and presents the information to the user.
