INHIBITOR OF PROLIFERATION AND/OR INFILTRATION OF TUMOR CELLS

It is intended to provide a novel antitumor agent and a gene therapy means having a novel mechanism. Namely, it is aimed at providing a means of regulating extracellular matrix to tumor cells and regulating the proliferation and/or infiltration of cells to thereby treat cancer. More specifically speaking, it is found out that the proliferation and/or infiltration of tumor cells can be inhibited by introducing a collagen gene into the tumor cells.
