<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance resolution of a rod lens array by preventing the imaging position from being shifted by the rod lens. <P>SOLUTION: A rod lens frame plate unit is formed by setting a frame plate 14 on a supporting member, inserting each rod lens 15 between the frame plate 14 and a press member stretched above the supporting member and provided with grooves 37 at a specified pitch, and then bonding each rod lens 15 to the frame plate 14 while pressing against the frame plate 14 by means of the press member. Since each rod lens 15 is bonded to the frame plate 14 while being pressing against the frame plate 14 by means of the press member, variation in the shape, warp, and the like, of the rod lens 15 can be corrected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
