USER SUPPORT METHOD, USER COMMUNICATION DEVICE, AND CENTER COMMUNICATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operator's service time in user support to reduce operation cost at a center.

SOLUTION: The user shoots an apparatus which is the object of the support by a video camera 18 under of a operators direction at the center, and verifies the shot image content on an image output device 19. After the verification, when the user pushes an image transmission" button, the image shot by the video camera 18 is transmitted to a center communication device 2 via the internet 3, and is displayed on an image output device 27. The operator observes the image displayed on the image output device 27, and gives directions to the user to shoot requested part of the apparatus.
