<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and size of an image recorder by making possible to cool the image recorder with a single cooling fan thereby decreasing the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: In the image recorder, a partition wall 802 for sectioning an air suction pump installing chamber 800 and an electric section installing chamber 801 is provided in a housing 203. An air suction pump 201 is installed in the air suction pump installing chamber 800 and an electric section 900 for driving the air suction pump 201 is installed in the electric section installing chamber 801. A cooling fan 820 for sucking outer air into the electric section installing chamber 801 and supplying the outer air into the air suction pump installing chamber 800 is mounted on the partition wall 802. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
