<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acupressure pillow for musculus latissimus dorsi sufficiently mitigating the stiffness in the musculus latissimus dorsi of a user with his/her lying down without letting the user lying with the pillow feel unpleasant and discomfort. <P>SOLUTION: This acupressure pillow for the musculus latissimus dorsi 1 is formed by connectively providing a musculus latissimus dorsi abutment part 2 having a plurality of acupressure projection parts 4 in a part abutting on the musculus latissimus dorsi Q of the user, and a head part abutment part 3 mounting the head part P of the user. The musculus latissimus dorsi abutment part 2 is approximately triangular and its height becomes gradually lower from the shoulder side to the lower side of the back of the user. The height of the plurality of acupressure projection parts 4 becomes gradually lower from the part abutting on the backbone to the both shoulder sides of the user or from the shoulder side to the lower side of the back.
