PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve, in a thermally conductive sheet in which a metal thermal conductive section is formed in a vacancy continuously extending to the thickness direction of a porous sheet, the thermal conductivity of the sheet by filling the metal thermal conductive section in a high packing ratio even in the vacancy in the central part of the porous sheet. SOLUTION: The conductive sheet comprises: the porous sheet in which the vacancy is formed continuously toward the thickness direction and the aperture diameter of the vacancy in the major face side is larger than that of the vacancy located in the central part in the thickness direction; and the metal thermal conductive section continuously formed in the above vacancy from one major face to another major face of this porous sheet.
