PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently house a battery and a flexible board in an outer case of a battery pack. SOLUTION: The battery pack comprises a battery 3 in which a battery element 6 is sealed in an outer package 7 and a pair of electrode reads 14, 17 conducted to a positive electrode 8 and a negative electrode 9 constituting the battery element 6 are drawn out to the outside from the opening of the laminating surface 7a of the outer package 7, a flexible circuit board 4 on which a connecting part 19 for connecting electrically the pair of electrode reeds 14, 17, a circuit 20 for constituting an electronic component of the battery 3, and a folded part are installed, and an outer case 2. A dummy pattern 25 of a linear shape which crosses orthogonally the folded part is formed on the inner main face of the folded part 21, and thereby, the flexible circuit board 4 is easily bent at the folded part 21, and the flexible circuit board 4 is housed in the outer case 2 together with the battery 3 in a folded state.
