PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular junction receptacle that is built in the wall with which, especially in the domestic use, a work of connecting a LAN (local area network) cable with a server and a personal computer can be performed simply by one push action without requiring any professional technology. SOLUTION: The modular junction receptacle has a standard plug mouth 2 for inserting horizontally a modular plug of an end of the cable and a special plug mouth 4 for inserting aslant or vertically a modular plug of another cable that is not the cable inserted horizontally.
