PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation type inspection system to be used for, especially, for materials waiting for inspection, which require to be previously heated by supplying a power source, and capable of separately supplying a power source to each of inspection stands. SOLUTION: This circulation type inspection system previously heats a material to be inspected to accelerate inspection to improve efficiency. In a transportation unit, an inspection block and an inspection waiting block are divided from each other, and circulating reciprocation type movement is supplied, and inspection stands are placed in the inspection block and the inspection waiting block. A power source is supplied to each of the inspection stands to previously heat the material to be inspected, which is fitted to the inspection stand, before inspection. At the same time, the transportation unit is used for circulating reciprocation type inspection to effectively improve the inspection efficiency. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
