PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install insulation-monitor terminal equipment 1 on a wall surface 3 without using a screw or the like. SOLUTION: Face fasteners are secured at four corners of the rear of the insulation-monitor terminal equipment 1 and four places of the wall surface 3 by sticking members, and the insulation-monitor terminal equipment 1 is set up detachably on the wall surface 3 by detachable mounting means 2 by mounting and demounting the face fasteners.
