PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable sheet delivery device capable of accurately delivering sheets one by one while preventing breakage at the tip of sheet in the sheet delivery device which separates and delivers the sheets stacked and stored in the stage or the stacker sheet by sheet. SOLUTION: The sheet delivery device has a feed roller 1 and a separator roller 7. The feed roller 1 contacts the first sheet 111 of a plurality of stacked sheets and carries the first sheet 111. The separator roller 7 is overlappedly disposed relative to the feed roller so that the contact surface with the sheet is positioned at an inner side of the feed roller than the contact surface with the sheet of the feed roller 1, and separates the double-fed sheets with the first sheet 111. The contact surface of the sheet of the separator 7 is made of same kind of material, and the hardness of the area (H part) where the tip end of the sheet contacts first, is set higher than that of the other area (S part).
