The invention relates to an electric machine, in particular a brushless synchronous motor comprising a stator (14) and a rotor (12), with salient poles (18) distributed around the periphery, each pole having an integrated permanent magnet (11) and a pole shoe (19) that extends radially from the pole and delimits an air gap (13) between the stator (14) and the rotor (12).
