PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for controlling the operation of a fuel cell system, which detects received electric power from a power system and obtains loaded electric power from the received electric power by calculation, thereby improving the efficiency of the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: a first power converter(1-1a) electrically connected to a power system by an interrupt injecting member, a fuel cell connected to the direct current part of the first converter by a second power converter(1-1b); a secondary battery connected to the direct current part by a third power converter(1-1c); a current detecting member for detecting the alternating current outputted from the power converter to output a current detection value; a voltage detecting member for detecting the alternating voltage at the side of the interrupt injecting member to output a voltage detection value; a fuel cell voltage detecting member; a secondary battery current detecting member; and a secondary battery voltage detecting member. In the apparatus, the power system further comprises a received current detector for detecting the sum of the current values at both sides of the first power converter and the electric load(3) connected to the first power converter(1-1a) in parallel. |
