Blocked services output control method between user, provider and enabling service provider, allows release if release code check by enabling service provider is successful

The user requests a blocked service from the provider. The enabling service provider generates a release code and sends it to the provider. The provider outputs the code to the user's output unit, the user sends the code to the enabling service provider who checks the code and allows release by the provider if the check is successful, and if so, the provider releases the blocked service to the user. The method involves the user (2) requesting a blocked service from the provider (1) via a first network, the enabling service provider (3) generating a release code and sending it to the provider via the first network, the provider giving the code to the user's output unit, the user sending the code to the enabling service provider via a second network, the enabling service provider checking the code and allowing release by the provider if successful and the provider releasing the blocked service to the user. An Independent claim is also included for a computer system for implementing the inventive method.
