PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional liquid feeder, a liquid drop ejector and an electro-optical device in which a bubble in functional liquid can be trapped and prevented surely from flowing into a functional liquid drop ejection head and the trapped bubble has no adverse effect on the ejection performance of the functional liquid drop ejection head, and to provide an electro-optical device and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A functional liquid channel 154 connecting a functional liquid tank 152 with a functional liquid drop ejection head 31 is provided with a bubble trap 251 having an inlet 252 and an outlet 253 communicating with the functional liquid channel 154, a section 254 communicating with the inlet 252 and the outlet 253 and trapping/storing bubbles in functional liquid, and an opening 255 for exhausting air trapped in the storage section 254, and a means 256 for exhausting air trapped in the storage section to the outside through the exhaust opening 255.
