INJECTION METHOD FOR TWO-LIQUID MIXED LUBRICANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection method for two-liquid mixed lubricant by which a pipe jacking execution can be easily carried out while lessening a propulsive force in the pipe jacking work. SOLUTION: In this injection method of two-liquid mixed lubricant, a main material and a sub material are supplied through separate pipes to the vicinity of a plurality of the secondary lubricant injection holes formed with a specified distance from the first lubricant injection hole or an injection hole toward the rear side. The main material and the sub material are converged and forced to pass through a static mixer in the primary lubricant injection hole. The main material and the submaterial are uniformly mixed. In the plurality of secondary lubricant injection hole, the main material and sub material is converged through a changeover valve installed in the respective pipes to pass through the static mixer and the chief material and the submaterial are uniformly mixed and the mixed lubricant in which the main material and the submaterial are mixed uniformly and injected into the space between the tube and the ground from the first or secondary lubricant injection hole.
