PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that after construction, frequently a closed water thrusts up the floor to cause a bulging although a resin waterproof material for a coating floor or a reinforced resin floor has been applied to a floor requiring water proofness, dust proofness and water resistance for various factories, a warehouse, or a parking garage. SOLUTION: This floor structure is finished by forming a substrate adjusting layer formed of a water-based epoxy resin, an undercoating layer formed of epoxy resin, a primer layer, a shock absorbing layer, a reinforcing layer composed of thermosetting resin and fiber reinforced material, and a finish coating layer.
