PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply adapter used instead of a dry cell in various type apparatuses in each of which the dry cell is used as a power supply. SOLUTION: A dry cell shape body 3 molded in the same shape as the dry cell is provided at the tip end of the cord 2 of the adapter 1 connected to a power supply plug socket to convert a power supply voltage into a predetermined DC voltage to output the predetermined DC voltage between the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the dry cell shape body 3.
