PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an oscillation circuit which can prevent destruction by static electricity and also to reduce the number of oscillation transistors by reducing the number of terminals of an integrated circuit made up of the oscillation transistors. SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit comprises an oscillation transistor 2, (3) formed in an integrated circuit 1, and a resonance circuit 4 provided outside of an integrated circuit 10 and connected with the oscillation transistor 2, (3). The integrated circuit 10 has a terminal 10a connected to the resonance circuit 4. The oscillation transistor 2, (3) is connected to the terminal 10a through a coupling capacitor 6, (7) formed in the integrated circuit 10, and the coupling capacitor 6, (7) is made up of a plurality of serially connected capacitors 6a, 6b, (7a, 7b).
