METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING DISTRIBUTION/DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for controlling the distribution/disclosure of personal information for dynamically controlling distribution policies and disclosure policies of personal information and inducing the disclosure of personal information in a disclosure available range.

SOLUTION: A user side terminal has table information in which distribution policy information is made to correspond to disclosure policy information and distributively stores information elements and the disclosure policy information on the basis of the distribution policies. An information disclosure request side terminal transmits a disclosure request message consisting of attribution information and an information element name to the user side terminal or an information disclosure server. The user side terminal or the information disclosure server compares a disclosure policy corresponding to all information elements requested to be disclosed with the attribution information of the information disclosure request side to determine whether the information element of the personal information is to be disclosed or not. When the information element cannot be disclosed, a disclosure rejection message is transmitted to the information disclosure request side terminal.
