PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supplying to a combustion apparatus W/O emulsified fuel manufactured, namely, continuously and stably supplying to the combustion apparatus the emulsified fuel manufactured by operating a loading plane in a mixed liquid of fuel oil, water and emulsifying agent (a surface active agent) while holding its fine droplets in a uniformly emulsified condition without lowering its quality. SOLUTION: Fuel oil, water and surface active agent are supplied to a primary treatment tank provided with the loading plane consisting of a roller train to be rotated in mutual abutment or a gear train to be rotated in mutual engagement and held for a preset time to manufacture a preset amount of emulsified fuel. The preset amount of emulsified fuel is transferred to a secondary treatment tank provided with a stirrer and continuously supplied from the secondary treatment tank to the combustion apparatus while operating the stirrer. Along with the supply of the fuel, a preset amount of following emulsified fuel is manufactured in the primary treatment tank. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
